Booking Conditions
  1. Completion of a signed booking form, online registration, or a telephone credit card booking all constitute a confirmed booking.

  2. All payments must be made in UK £.

  3. Cancellations received in writing 6 weeks before the event will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. After this time, we regret that no refund is available. However, we will accept a named substitute delegate.

  4. Speakers and programme are correct at the time of going to press. However Medical Excellence Ltd reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

  5. Medical Excellence Ltd does not accept liability for cancellation due to exceptional circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to, extreme weather events, civil disturbance, and acts of war or terrorism.
